SAM FONG

Sam brings over eight years of corporate advisory experience with a focus on middle-market transactions across both investment banking and legal roles. Prior to joining Allier Capital, he was an Associate at MinterEllison in the Private Equity and M&A team, where he advised financial sponsors and corporate clients on a range of mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions. Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) from the University of Western Australia.
